GIMS shall perform assignment with all proper skills in accordance with normal industry standards, GTAS, GAFTA regulations.
All vessels that are worked on under this scheme will have unique folders with numbers on with all information relating to that particular job included inside with any special requirements followed as per written instructions from all parties involved.
If any work or services are negligently performed or omitted so far as may be reasonably practicable GIMS at its own expenses will cause such work and services to be correctly performed.
The total liability of GIMS to its clients shall not for any reason whatsoever including negligence exceed an amount equal to one time the total fee paid by the Clients to GIMS.
Neither party shall be liable to the other for indirect or consequential damages resulting from or arising out of the assignment including but not limited to loss of use property loss of profit loss of product or business interruption.
